  • Provide property access on scheduled service dates

  • Secure pets and remove obstacles

  • Notify EcoScape of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance

 

Missed appointments may incur a service fee.

 

5. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated.

  • Invoices may be sent electronically.

  • Late payments may incur fees.

 

6. Service Limitations

EcoScape is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by hidden objects in the lawn (hoses, toys, debris, etc.)

  • Pre‑existing property conditions

  • Weather‑related delays or cancellations

  • Damage to newly landscaped areas due to weather conditions

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law:

  • EcoScape is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
